(via) One of Brooklyn-based artist Clayton Cubitt’s creative projects, ‘Hysterical Literature’ “involves women reading from books of their choosing while his assistant pleasures them with a vibrator.” Reading is sexy, that much we know, but this sexy? Why not. [NSFW]

In each video, the woman in question is straight-faced at first, but as she reads, she begins to lose concentration and eventually gives in to pleasure. The video focuses on the reactions of these women as Cubitt is interested in the intersections between physical and mental pleasures, as well as the relation between culture and sexuality.
