Two menus from Chef Nicolas Hipperson highlight the restaurant’s celebrated regional cooking. It’s a perfect opportunity for guests to indulge in a multi-course meal at a price that won’t empty the wallet. Pop in at lunch for the $28 menu, and taste the signature grilled Caesar salad; a braised beef sandwich with roasted mushrooms; and an apple-wine pannacotta. Return at dinner for a $38 menu featuring seared scallops with an aerated bacon cloud; a Helmer’s Farm potato perogie with roasted cippolini onions; and finish with carrot cake with Agassiz walnuts. At additional cost, a selection of local wines are also available to pair with the meal.
