Biking around Vancouver is the best, but I’m still trying to master looking stylish while doing it. David Phu had some great examples of how to pull it off and still get to where you need to go at the Vancouver Cycle Chic Social in the old Boneta Space this past Friday. Let’s hope he does it again and again.

A really interesting interview with the one and only Tom Ford.

Vancouver designer Andrea Wong is about wasting less and cherishing more. AW is her line of recycled blanket bags, and tbey’re popping up in a handful of Vancouver hot spots.  Watch more here.

Hating the weather? Dwell on this beautiful collection of Vogue’s summer photos.

With season five of Mad Men recently wrapping up, some of us are in need of drool worthy behind the scene photos. Rolling Stone gives us just that. If you’re really obsessed, read this detailed analysis of the season five finale costumes (spoilers).

Some great online sale items for the ladies herehere and here. And for the gentlemen herehere and here.

It always fascinates to see fashion from the perspectives of others from around the globe. J Crew recently did a project called hello world in which they visited eight different cities to showcase our diversity in style. Perhaps Vancouver could be the ninth?

Check out some local looks after the jump…
