We’re in the office currently fantasizing about the “Junmai Sour”, an original sipper from barman Matt Martin at Powell St.’s new Fat Dragon Bar-B-Q. Think fruit tea-steeped sake and gin frothed with egg white and given licks of lemon, sugar, orange blossom and mint on ice.
