Vancouver BC | Refuel Restaurant & Bar, the Kitsilano eatery specializing in local, seasonal, comfort food, announces a romantic prix fixe menu and cocktail list for Valentine’s weekend. Chef Ted Anderson invites guests to relax and savour a charming three or four-course menu, February 11 – 14; while Barman Rob Scope mixes up some seductive cocktails at the bar. Menus are priced at 3 courses for $40 and 4 courses for $50, respectfully. Take a look after the jump…

Valentine’s Weekend Details

Prices | three-course menu – $40 per person | four-course menu – $50 per person | cocktails – $9 each

Seating Times | Offering 3 seating’s to accommodate pre and post movies at Fifth Avenue Theatre, located just two blocks away.

Reservations | Reservations for parties of 2 – 6 are available and are highly recommended. Credit Card Numbers will be required to reserve on February 14th. Guests can reserve by calling 604 288 7905.

Additional Information | Refuel’s regular à la carte dinner menu will be available in addition to the prix fixe menus, February 11th, 12th and 13th but not on the 14th.

Refuel neighbourhood restaurant and bar was inspired by freshness. Veering away from an exclusive ‘fine dining’ experience into one that is more accessible, the new space welcomes with a playful, warm design by Marc Bricault that evokes a neighbourhood atmosphere where guests can sit back, socialize and be themselves. Guests may watch the kitchen brigade while sipping a handcrafted cocktail at the 12-seat bar, or gather around a table with friends while listening to music compiled by the experts at Kitsilano’s Zulu Records.

Refuel’s food philosophy focuses on affordable, honest, down-to-earth Northwest fare that celebrates seasonal, local ingredients. Open for lunch and dinner daily, with special brunch features on the weekends, the Refuel menu has an incredible selection of snacks, sides, starters, mains and plates to share that utilize quality ingredients and offer excellent value. At the bar, the focus is on thoughtfully prepared, classic cocktails, along with craft beer and approachable wines.
