The rabbit is considered a lucky sign and the year ahead is said to be one to ‘catch your breath’ and ‘calm your nerves’. But MARKET by Jean-Georges sommelier, David Tremblay, wants to take your breath away with rare vintages from “Years of the Rabbit”…
