Time is spent enjoying these finer things in life, while in the vineyard care is taken to carefully hand-harvest the best fruit and artfully blend them into fine wines.
Liquidity is proud to be making handcrafted wines that express the individuality of the vineyard, variation of the season and varietal. The winemaking process is catered to each individual variety and its characteristics. Whole-bunch pressing, wild fermentation, gentle maceration, intricate blending and the use of French oak only are just a few of Liquidity’s winemaking practices.
The Liquidity experience extends beyond wine and food; art installations in the vineyard go along with paintings and photographs in the sleek bistro and tasting room. Guided by his deep-rooted passion for art and culture, Liquidity Wines President Ian MacDonald and his team have brought the winery beyond barrel and bottle, creating an engaging experience for visitors, diners and wine-lovers alike.
