Vancouver, BC | Chef Gord Martin’s popular Bin 941 and 942 restaurants have always abided by a strict rule – no reservations! But that is all about to change with the launch of a brand-new Chef’s Table at Bin 942. This new, semi-private booth, set against Bin 942′s kitchen, is the only table in the Bin empire that is available for reservations. The Chef’s Table can be booked for parties of four to six, and guests can order their favourite items from the menu or put themselves in the hands of Chef Martin or Chef de Cuisine Michael Manlulu. Shortly after opening the critically acclaimed and award-winning Bin 941, Chef Gord Martin opened Bin 942 just across the Granville St. bridge.

Like Bin 941, Bin 942 features creative and contemporary small plates, however Chef Martin has designed different menus for each location – giving each “Bin” a consistent yet distinctive style. A larger kitchen provides the opportunity to showcase more complex dishes, and plush lounge and booth seating and a downtempo contemporary jazz soundtrack create a relaxed and indulgent atmosphere.

Bin 942 is open Sunday to Tuesday from 5 pm till midnight and Wednesday to Saturday until 2 am, to indulge early diners and late-night cravings alike. Reservations are not accepted, with the exception of Bin 942’s private Chef’s table, which can be reserved for parties of 4 to 6.

All Bin compositions are made daily in house using the best Oceanwise, sustainable, local, fresh organic ingredients and luv of course!
