Vancouver, BC | Nu restaurant + lounge welcomes Peter Burt as Chef de Cuisine. Burt brings with him over 16 years of culinary experience honing his craft across the country from Chateau Lake Louise to finishing his apprenticeship with Maurizio Bertossi in Halifax. He then traveled to Australia, working his way across the country finishing with a chef position at the company kitchen in the Barossa valley before returning to Canada to take a position at Susur Lee’s acclaimed restaurant “Susur” in Toronto.
