Vancouver, BC | The rumours have been swirling for the past few weeks and today Bistro Pastis proprietor John Blakely made it official; he has bought the iconic West End restaurant Bistro de Paris (formerly Café de Paris). “This has been a dream of mine for years. Café de Paris was one of the first restaurants I worked in when I came to Canada.” Mr. Blakeley will take control of the space as of February 15th, at which time it will close for renovations and re-open on April 1st as Le Parisien.
