“Commonly referred to as The Vineyard of Europe, Italy has long been renowned for its classic wine styles and regions from Tuscany to Sicily, though many find their wines to be too complex or intimidating” says Kolt, “We’ll de-mystify Italy through basic geography and history, along with an overview of major grapes and wine styles from Barolos and Barbarescos to Dolcettos, Nebbiolos, ‘Super Tuscans’ and more.
