Enjoy six of CedarCreek’s new released aromatic white wines including our popular Rosé paired with artisanal cheeses, local charcuterie and condiments at Salt Tasting Room. Right from the favourite Ehrenfelser to the double Gold Medal winning Riesling, our white aromatics were a great success in 2010 and we can’t wait to unveil the 2011 vintage. These wines are a taste of Spring, and winemaker Darryl Brooker is pleased to share why.
