href="http://www.chefstablesociety.com/archives/vancouver-cooks-2-cookbook-released">Vancouver Cooks 2</a></em> cookbook and have it signed by a dozen of its 70 chef contributors. The book, which features 120 recipes from BC&#8217;s best restaurants, &#8220;officially&#8221; goes on sale in mid-October, but can be purchased in advance at Barbara Jo&#8217;s <a

An award-winning food professional with over 25 years experience in the food and hospitality industry, she is the author of the bestselling <em>Tin Fish Gourmet</em> and a passionate supporter of Vancouver&#8217;s gastronomic community.
