“Bon Appétit” Does Vancouver’s Food Scene In Three Pages…

Reader SH just sent over the linkage on Bon Appetit’s new Vancouver story slated for their August issue. Alan Richman, one of my favourite food writers, did the quick and breezy dirty work. In addition to his story, there are recipes from Boneta, Bin 941, Fuel, and Market, as well as write ups of ten restaurants: Salt Tasting Room, Fuel, Bishop’s, Boneta, Go Fish, Market, Lumiere, Vij’s, “C”, and Tojo’s.
