El Santo Set For Annual Charitable Dinner for Canucks Autism Network

The GOODS from El Santo

New Westminster, BC | For the third year in a row, contemporary Mexican restaurant, el Santo, is hosting their annual charitable dinner fundraiser in partnership with the Canucks Autism Network on Sunday, October 21.

The event will feature a multi-course Mexican dinner with drink pairings, live music and exciting guest speakers as well as live and silent auctions. The net proceeds from the evening will go to the Canucks Autism Network, which provides sports, recreational and social programs that meet the unique needs of those on the spectrum.

“As a father of an autistic son, raising awareness about autism and supporting people who are on the spectrum is a cause that is very close to my heart,” says owner Alejandro Diaz. “In addition to raising money, this event is also important because it allows supporters within the autism network as well as other community members to come together and enjoy a night of food and fun”.

Since el Santo first organized this event in 2016, these events as well as other initiatives by the restaurant have raised over $30,000 for the Canucks Autism Network.
