A Sneak Peek at VPL’s New Expansion, Which Includes an Awesome Rooftop Patio

The expansion includes community gathering spaces and meeting rooms with killer views, plus exhibition spaces, an 80 seat theatre, a reading room, and – arguably the star of it all – a large and totally accessible rooftop garden.
