Vancouver, BC | We are thrilled to have partnered with Faculty Brewing to bring you a 3 course dinner with beer pairings. Executive Chef Warren Chow will be preparing the food and Faculty will be showcasing some of their seasonal beers as well as their collaboration brew with the bar team here at Juniper. The high quality meats will be provided by Two Rivers Specialty Meats who source their products from local farms.
Guests will be given a welcome beer at 6:30pm and dinner will start at 7:00pm. During the course of the evening Chef Warren Chow and a brewmaster from Faculty Brewing will be talking about the flavours and taste notes of the beer and the food. This is definitely a night for craft beer lovers!
