North Vancouver, BC | Following the success of Colony Kitsilano and Colony Main Street, Blueprint opens its third Colony in North Vancouver, Colony Northwoods on Monday, September 17th. Located at 2100 Dollarton Highway in Northwoods Village, Colony has been highly anticipated in this new development, giving local residents and visitors a place to come together.

“We are very excited to open Colony Northwoods,” says Bill Kerasiotis, Principal at Blueprint. “This will be the third Colony location and we feel we have created a unique space for the North Shore community to refuel after a long hike or bike ride, catch the big game, enjoy a great casual meal and connect with friends and family. We are honoured to be serving North Vancouver, can’t wait to share the Colony brand and look forward to welcoming locals and visitors for years to come.”

Northwoods’ interior design features represent the surrounding community, with natural wood architectural elements and chalet inspired furnishings, all set against the backdrop of the North Shore Mountains.

The 4,000 square-foot venue will seat up to 130 guests inside, while an expansive patio will sit an additional 130 guests outside. The large, all-season patio will allow guests to enjoy the outdoors all year long. There will be 20 rotating taps, continuing to shine a spotlight on local B.C. craft breweries.

The menu was created by Executive Chef Karen Lyons. Lyons recently joined Blueprint, where she oversees the Bar and Restaurant’s food program. Lyons’ approach to the menu was to keep it laid-back: focusing on local ingredients for the health-conscious West Coast palate.

Colony Northwoods looks forward to welcoming guests to keep good company on September 17th. The location will be open seven days a week.

About Colony Group | Colony Kitsilano opened in 2013 with the singular goal of being a home away from home for the west side by always encouraging guests to “keep good company”. Colony offers a delicious and affordable menu, excellent sports programming, daily specials, live entertainment and more. Having achieved its goal, Blueprint expanded Colony to a Main Street location in the spring of 2015 and was quickly embraced by the community.
