Campagnolo Chefs Plan ‘Big Day BBQ’ at Powell Brewery on Sept. 30

Vancouver, BC | September 30th is Big Day BBQ! Vol.4 to be exact! Chefs Colin Staus (@colinstaus) and Rhys Amber (@go_grhys_lightning) of Campagnolo Restaurants will be preparing their signature southern style barbecue. Expect brisket, whole hog pulled pork, signature links, potato salad, coleslaw and pickles. Selections will range from $9-$19 for barbecue.

Save room for dessert! The Pie Shoppe sisters Andi and Stephanie French (@thepieshoppe) will be slinging slices all day long.

Once again, David Bowkett of Powell Brewery (@powellbeer) will be playing host with their incredible line up of craft beers. In addition… we will be joined by Four Winds, Dageraad, Twin Sails, Steel & Oak, and Brassneck.
