Vancouver, BC | Cabrito Tapas is about to throw a “Block Party”, Spanish style. Wednesday, August 15th will see the Commercial Drive eatery’s very first Hump Day Paella Party during which they will christen their brand new 46” paella pan, shipped directly to Vancouver from Valencia.
Chef Alex will be cooking up this coveted Valencian rice dish on the patio for diners to either take away or dine in. Alongside the paella there will be a variety of other Spanish-inspired dishes that Chef Dereck will be sending out. Think Roasted Padrons with Crispy Pork Belly & Goat Yoghurt Dressing, Jamon Croquettas & Chicharrones made to order.
Stop by and check out what is sure to be a reoccurring event at Cabrito. You won’t need tickets; just show up! The restaurant opens at 4pm and the Paella should be served up around 6pm.
