Superbaba and Dl Chicken Shack Pairing Up for Hot Chicken Pita Night

The new Superbaba food truck will be parked outside Commercial Drive’s new and wildly popular Downlow Chicken Shack on July 28 to dish out a special collaboration by chefs Dallah El and Doug Steven. For one night only, they’ll be plating a Hot Chicken Pita. That’s Doug’s chicken inside Superbaba’s fresh pita with some “Middle Eastern flavours in between”. The evening will also see some orange blossom sweet tea and Downlow’s fries served with sumac mayo. Truck service starts at 6pm on July 28 and will continue until it all sells out.
