Vancouver, BC | Homer Street Café and Bar is looking for a dynamic and energetic Head Chef to lead our kitchen. This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. The Chef hired to lead our back of house team will possess the following skills and oversee the duties noted below:

– Select, train and develop your team
– Manage inventory, food and labour costs
– Implement systems and overall organization
– Conceive of menu innovation and execution
– Is a leader that will inspire their team via building trust, transparency and coaching
– Holds a minimum of two years experience in a Chef or Senior Sous chef role
