Chef Angus An’s Sen Pad Thai to Move Locations on Granville Island

The GOODS from Sen Pad Thai

Vancouver, BC | Chef Angus An’s Granville Island eatery, Sen Pad Thai, is moving from Granville Island’s Net Loft to the Public Market. The restaurant will take over the space that is currently occupied by Curry2U, and wishes the owners of Curry2U a happy retirement. The move will take place at the end of July.

“I’m really looking forward to seeing Sen Pad Thai grow in its new home,” says Chef An, “we are excited to join the other food counters in Granville Island’s most recognized landmark.” Initially, Sen Pad Thai will continue to serve up its existing range of pad Thai plates, Asian-inspired snacks and sides, daily curry and desserts; however, new dishes are in the works for the summer.

The relocation falls just after Sen Pad Thai’s one-year anniversary, which was on May 4th. In its first year, Sen Pad Thai built a reputation for serving top-notch pad Thai to locals and tourists alike. The spot was recently awarded Silver for “Best Thai” at the 2018 Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards, with the top spot awarded to Chef An’s inaugural restaurant, Maenam.
