The GOODS from Campagnolo Roma
Vancouver, BC | Campagnolo Roma will be hosting a Southern Style Barbecue event on July 8th starting at 11am. Chef Rhys Amber (Campagnolo Roma) and Colin Staus (Campagnolo Restaurant) have joined forces to create ‘Big Day Barbecue’. This will be the second instalment of their summer pop-up barbecue series, and they are going all out.
Expect: traditional brisket, whole hog pulled pork, and proper beef and pork smoked links. Classic sides will include: house made coleslaw, pickles, and potato salad. Prices will be reasonable, with selections ranging from $9-$19.
But wait… that’s not all! The Pie Shoppe will be there slinging single slices of pie for the whole day. Beer on offer will be from Powell Brewery launching their much anticipated Popina Cantina collaboration beer. This lager promises to be a refreshing pairing for the smoky goodness being put on by the Campagnolo Crew.
Starting at 11am they’re selling until it’s all gone. Come early. Come hungry.
Campagnolo prides itself on sourcing local, ethically raised animals. All production is done by hand on site. All meat products are gluten and dairy free.
