Vancouver, BC | The Lobby Lounge and RawBar at Fairmont Pacific Rim is pleased to launch its Omakase Long Table sushi experience, a family-style Chef’s Choice service that begins on Monday, June 18, 2018.

For the quick business group lunch, casual catch-up or swishy special occasion set to impress, the Omakase Long Table experience begins with an appetizer of house-made traditional Miso Soup, followed by a selection of 100% Ocean Wise signatures such as Maki rolls, sashimi, nigiri and chef favourites; served on a sustainably crafted driftwood long board by Raven Timberworks in British Columbia.

Served exclusively at the signature Bob Dylan-inspired communal tables, the experience is available Monday through Friday from 11am-4pm, for groups of four or more for $50.00 CDN per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
