Nightingale Stays Seasonal and Locally-Focused in its Second Year

The GOODS from Nightingale

Vancouver, BC | Since opening in 2016 with a focus on letting each ingredient speak for itself, Nightingale uses only the freshest produce, sustainable seafood, and free-range meats in each of its creative share plates. In doing so, Head Chef Phil Scarfone has built strong, honest relationships with many local growers and farmers to source only the highest quality ingredients, such as those from Zaklan Heritage Farms, founded in 1926,.

Farmers Doug and Gemma continue to grow the family business by using their extensive experience in the field, and passion for the environment to grow wholesome, 100% organic produce, offering over 40 varieties of fresh veggies.

At Nightingale we are proud to bring Zaklan Heritage Farms to the table through our many innovative share plates. To explore our seasonal menu, visit www.HawkNightingale.com/Menus or follow us on Instagram at
