The GOODS from Feast Tofino
Tofino, BC | Spring is properly here and fortunately there’s still plenty of time to experience Vancouver Island’s “boat to table” food culture at the 8th annual Feast Tofino before the festival wraps up on Sunday May 6th.
“Feast Tofino is a celebration of our local, sustainable fisheries. For three weeks in the Spring, join us for a series of collaborative food events featuring Tofino’s internationally acclaimed culinary community including our local chefs, restaurants, fishermen, foragers, and farmers. We like to celebrate our ‘ boat-to-table’ food culture and great West Coast times.”
For the next week-and-a-half the laid-back surf town of Tofino will be continuing its gastronomic celebration with tickets still available (but going quickly!) for events suited to every meal, mood and budget. from an elegant caviar brunch with bubbly, to casual menus with happy hour features, a West Coast beach BBQ, and multi-course dinners. Events will go down at some of the the town’s best food and beverage establishments, but also on beaches, and on docks – the aim of the festival, after all, is to highlight the ingredients, people and surroundings that make Tofino so amazingly delicious.
Feast Tofino’s sensational 6-course, 100-seat Long Table Dinner is making its return for the third year running this weekend (Saturday, April 28th).
