The GOODS from Farmer’s Apprentice
Vancouver, BC | We invite you to explore ancient grains in six courses prepared by Myra Maston of Beyond Bread and David Gunawan of Farmer’s Apprentice on April 9th. They were drawn to collaborate because they both wanted to investigate what sourdough can do beyond its conventional role and to explore how it can impact flavour. The menu will be highly seasonal and revealed at table (chicken baked in sourdough will definitely be there!). There will be two seatings, at 6pm and at 8:30pm.
