The GOODS from Wildebeest
Vancouver, BC | Wildebeest will team up with Luppolo Brewing Company for an exclusive Brewmaster Dinner that will pair its decadent-yet-simple style of country cooking with four of the brewery’s beers at the downtown restaurant on Tuesday, April 3 at 7 p.m.
Featuring a four-course menu by Chef Ian McHale showcasing the restaurant’s trademark blend of classic butchery traditions and contemporary techniques, the collaborative dinner serves up locally sourced, signature Wildebeest fare such as House-Cured Charcuterie and Antipasto, Roasted Lingcod, Yarrow Meadows Duck and a dessert course of Apricot Cannoli. Tickets to the one-night-only dinner are just $55 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Launched by James Iranzad and Josh Pape under their Gooseneck Hospitality banner — the group behind such other notable local restaurants as Pizzeria Bufala, Lucky Taco, and Bells and Whistles — Wildebeest recently celebrated its fifth anniversary and continues to carve out its claim as one of Vancouver’s true culinary destinations.
Founded in East Vancouver’s Strathcona neighbourhood in 2016, Luppolo — which means ‘hops’ in Italian — is a brewery and tasting room that crafts true-to-style ales and lagers in addition to lesser-known varieties and hybrids from around the globe. Luppolo is owned and operated by two couples — Ryan Parfitt and Eleanor Stewart, and Anique Ross and Federico Stucchi — who share both Italian roots and an abiding passion for craft beer.
