Bel Café Set to Celebrate Spring and Easter with Special Treats

The GOODS from Bel Cafe

Vancouver, BC | Spring is in full bloom at Bel Café, with new sweet and savoury treats arriving to celebrate the season. Our beloved hot cross buns will return in the week leading up to Easter; take them away as sumptuous treats to wow Easter guests with, or simply savour them alone as a midday delight. (Available from March 26 – April 2, $3.5 per single, $21 per half-dozen, $42 per dozen).

Pastry chef Wayne Kozinko will also create themed entremets cakes for the sweet-toothed amongst us. Adorned with pastel colours, these French desserts are made of dark chocolate, raspberry and almonds. Pick up some decadent chocolates shaped as bunnies or eggs and filled with an array of sweets, such as almond and hazelnut dragees, mendiant, truffles, macarons, soft caramels or pate de fruit. Our seasonal hot chocolate features caramelized white hot chocolate, topped with an almond praline cream and a sprinkling of pastel marshmallows.

To explore our seasonal offerings, as well as pick-up your year-round favourites, step in to Bel Café during the last week of March or contact Hawksworth Catering to pre-order as of March 19!
