Vancouver, BC | Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s kitchen team will bring friends and families together for a pair of festive celebrations when the downtown restaurant hosts Easter brunch and dinner services on Sunday, April 1.
Available from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $78 per person or $30 for children (ages three – 12), Boulevard’s Easter Buffet Brunch features a selection of house-baked pastries, fresh salads, charcuterie; classic favourites like Eggs Benedict and Nutella French Toast; raw and hot seafood options such as Pacific White Shrimp, Smoked Steelhead Trout, Clam Chowder and West Coast Paella; live carving stations serving up Roasted Leg of Lamb and Porchetta; and a selection of desserts.
Available from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $68 per person, Boulevard’s Easter Dinner Service offers a three-course prix-fixe menu including an appetizer of Spring Garlic Velouté (side stripe shrimp, parsley, pita chips), main course of Roasted Leg of Lamb (herb crust, lemon potato pavé, tzatziki, English peas, porcini) and dessert course of Passionfruit Mousse (coconut ice cream, Peruvian chocolate, passionfruit sauce) in addition to its daily à-la-carte dinner menu.
