Vancouver, BC | Yolks is on the hunt for two outgoing and energetic people to fill the two roles of an Assistant Manager, each going between both restaurants.
What does a day in the life of working at a busy breakfast spot look like? Never dull, and always full of different roles from serving to hosting. Finding the right person to fit into our work culture is important to everyone on the team in all areas of the restaurant and we are specifically interested in people who lead by example, aren’t afraid to jump right in, exercise strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills and are fun to work with.
This role is great for people who have some Management experience, or who have worked as Lead Servers / Shift Supervisors and are looking to take the next step in their career. A willingness to learn and a passion for all things hospitality are essential. In addition to care for the small details, an understanding of labour control, proper inventory counting skills and building rapport with our guests are key to making the candidate successful in this position.
