Homer St. Cafe and Bar Releases Three Course Menu for Valentine’s Day

Vancouver, BC | Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and Homer St. Cafe and Bar has announced they’ll be offering an exclusive three-course menu on February 14. *

Executive Chef Tret Jordan and Head Chef Chris West’s set menu showcases a selection of Homer St. Cafe’s new and old favourites with customized wine pairings for each course.

Start with your choice of Cured Beef Heart with beet tartare, cornichon and egg yolk or Seared Tuna with fennel, trout roe and pomegranate, followed by Elk Denver Leg or Steelhead with mussel & leek chowder and pork lardon. Finish your meal off with either a rich Chocolate Pudding or creamy Potted Lemon Curd.

Homer St. Cafe’s Valentine’s Day menu is $65 per person and does not include beverages, taxes or gratuities. Curated wine pairings especially chosen to complement each dish are available for an additional $35. *
