LINE COOKS
Position: Line Cooks, Il Caminetto
Reports to: Executive Chef, Il Caminetto
As a storied address in the heart of Whistler’s Village, Il Caminetto has been reimagined by the acclaimed New York-based Rockwell Group into a vibrant, contemporary 160-seat dining room. An understated, nature-inspired interior design speaks to the beauty of the spectacular landscape and plays to the authenticity of the location. The regionally focused menu melds Italian and local flavours to showcase the best of nearby farms and waters.
We are currently hiring full-time Line Cooks. The ideal candidate is a team player who works well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. If you are recognized for being team-oriented, motivated and energetic, we invite you to apply.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school education
Speak basic English
1-2 years experience in Western cuisine
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Prepare and cook high quality foods based on Il Caminetto’s guidelines
Keep work area clean and organized
Conduct his/her self in a positive, professional manner
Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

We are currently hiring full time Bakers. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position is required. Knowledge of bread-making is a must. The ideal candidate is team oriented, motivated, and energetic with a passion for the world of pastry.
