Chinatown’s Mamie Taylor’s Announces 4th Annual Low Country Pig Roast, Jan. 23-24

Vancouver, BC | Nothing beats good ol’ fashioned comfort food in the dead of winter. As part the 16th annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival (January 19 to February 4), Mamie Taylor’s is bringing back its fourth annual Low Country Pig Roast. Only this year, due to popular demand, this special, ticketed event will take place on not one, but two nights: Tuesday, January 23 and Wednesday, January 24, both nights at 6:30pm.

Tickets for this 19+ event are $62.35 per person (includes the three-course pig roast, a welcome cocktail, all taxes, gratuities and ticketing fees) and are available via the Dine Out Vancouver website.

First Course (served family-style)
Warm country biscuits with whipped butter
Pimento cheese with chili crackers
Devilled eggs, country ham and parsley mayo
House-made pickles and relishes

Main Course
Roasted whole suckling pig, house-made hot sauce, pit beans, braised greens and fresh bread.

Dessert
Baked apple pie, chocolate fudge brownies
