The GOODS from Oyama Sausage Company

Vancouver, BC | Handmade meats and imported cheeses from Oyama Sausage Co. have become an integral part of holiday celebrations in and around Vancouver. The Granville Island booth not only offers seasonal favourites for family dinners and cocktail bashes, but is also a go-to provider of convenient but healthy fare in the busy weeks leading up to the holidays.

Vancouver’s Oyama Sausage Co. is preparing handmade meats and more for the month ahead.

Oyama’s Sauerkraut Festival – Thursday, Jan. 18th to Sunday, Jan. 21st
Oyama will feature its Alsatian-style sauerkraut, along with an array of sausages, including both fresh and smoked varieties.

Robbie Burns Day – Thursday, Jan. 25th
Scottish favourites available at the shop will include haggis, black pudding, white pudding, and bangers. Oyama makes haggis only once a year, so it’s wise to pre-order at 604-327-7407 or [email protected].

First Boudin Noir & Morcilla of 2018 – Friday, Jan. 26th to Sunday, Jan. 28th
