The GOODS from Pidgin

Vancouver, BC | The stress of the holidays is behind you; no more presents to buy, no obligatory family get togethers, just amazing food and drinks with those that you choose to surround yourself with. We invite you to do so with our family at PiDGiN on Sunday, December 31st.

This New Year’s, our 5th, PiDGiN will be offering 7 decadent courses to satisfy your transition into 2018. For this special evening we will be importing A5 Wagyu beef from Kageshima, Japan; this along with fresh pacific northwest uni, dungeness crab, sablefish and truffle. With these rare and beautiful ingredients, we know this will be a special way to ring in the new year.

This New Year’s there will be a choice between which style of set menu you want. We will have a $69 and $99 (listed below) set menu on offer. Guests can also enjoy wine /sake pairings thoughtfully curated by our wine / sake sommelier Alain Canuel for $55 and $75 per guest. Reserve by calling 604-620-9400.
