Bells and Whistles to Host Brasserie Cantillon’s epic Zwanze Day on Oct. 14

The GOODS from Bells and Whistles

Vancouver, BC | Bells and Whistles is honoured and excited to be hosting Brasserie Cantillon’s epic annual Zwanze celebration! For the uninitiated, Zwanze Day is an annual opportunity to gather with other craft beer lovers and celebrate one of the rarest beers in the world. This year, the Zwanze beer on tap is a blend of one and two year-old spontaneously fermented beers that were barrel-aged then steeped on a “really cool” semi-fermented Oolong tea from a merchant in Brussels.

To keep things as fair as possible, we’re seating the restaurant on a first arrival basis and each guest will only be allowed one glass of the Cuvée Bijette. That being said, we’ve got a number of other amazing offerings from Cantillon, Brekereit, Cascade Barrel House, Tilquin and To Øl on tap throughout the day.

We hope you can join us at the restaurant on Saturday, October 14th from 11:30am to 1:00am to enjoy an amazing day of sour beers!
