Vancouver, BC | Mister, Vancouver’s artisan liquid-nitrogen churned ice cream parlour, is now offering onsite catering for weddings, corporate parties and other special events.

Just like at their Yaletown parlour, the Mister team makes every cup fresh to order as event guests watch ingredients turn into ice cream in under one minute, right before their eyes. The liquid nitrogen freezes rapidly, while KitchenAid stand mixers churn, creating an impressive visual of fog and frost. Event guests love the spectacle of the cascading mist, while the liquid nitrogen churn creates a denser, smoother, creamier scoop.

The event set-up brings the same clean and modern aesthetic they are known for, providing the full Mister experience.

Mister’s complete line-up of ice cream—made from scratch using pure, natural ingredients— is available. Flavours include: Crème Brûlée with real vanilla bean, frozen custard and a hand torched crackled caramel top; Strawberry Mint featuring sun-ripened strawberries blended with fresh mint; and rich and creamy Early Grey, infused with the classic tea. For a truly tailored event experience, Mister will work with catering clients to develop customized flavours, as an add-on service.

Mister is an artisan, liquid nitrogen-churned ice cream parlour located in the heart of Yaletown. Mister’s ice cream is made from scratch, in-house, using pure, natural ingredients. Every cup is made fresh to order, as customers watch ingredients turn into ice cream in under one minute, right before their eyes.

By using liquid nitrogen in the production process, we are able to rapidly freeze the ice cream ingredients at -196C. This creates much smaller ice crystals and less air than found in traditional ice cream, resulting in a richer, creamier, smoother and denser ice cream. Because the ice cream is made fresh to order with natural ingredients, there are zero stabilizers and fillers.

We choose flavour combinations that are unique, and rotate them based on season and demand. Our goal is to rethink the way ice cream is created, with a process, presentation and taste that takes dessert to a whole new level.
