Vancouver, BC | Hart House Restaurant at Deer Lake will host a special long table dinner featuring the wines of BC’s Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner al fresco at a shared long table. The event is a perfect opportunity to experience Hart House’s award-winning Pacific Northwest cuisine paired with homegrown BC wines in a stunning setting overlooking Deer Lake.
The evening will begin with a canapé reception on the Hart House lawns featuring Blue Mountain’s Gold Label Brut. Christie Mavety will be on hand to introduce the sparkler, as well as to speak about the four other Blue Mountain wines paired with the dinner. Hart House’s Chef, Mike Genest, will prepare a set menu to complement the Blue Mountain wines.
