About Bistro Wagon Rouge
Bistro Wagon Rouge (sister restaurant to the famous The Red Wagon diner) is a casual French bistro located in the heart of Vancouver’s port district. With playlists compiled by their friends at Red Cat and Zulu Records, an ever-changing ‘classics’ menu and plenty of features to select from, the vibe at Bistro Wagon Rouge is always fresh. The menu evolves with each season but you can always expect greatest hits like pâté, tartines and steak frites. Bistro Wagon Rouge does not accept reservations—it’s first come, first served. If there happens to be a line, grab a beer or a cocktail at one of the many neighbouring craft beer or spirits tasting rooms while you wait. Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
