JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to lead the Liquidity Bistro operation, focussing on delivering polished, approachable service combined with great local farm to table cuisine.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

– Minimum 2 years experience managing in a quality property
– A great team-focused work ethic with a “hands-on” approach
– The ability to contribute to the success of a great restaurant

WE OFFER:

– Competitive compensation package consisting of salary, onus & tip pool, with earning potential of up to $50,000 per year
– Six weeks of paid vacation from mid-December to early February

Liquidity Bistro offers a modern, urban take on classic Canadian wine country cuisine, with influences from around the Okanagan Valley and Pacific North West.

A reflection of the terroir that is Okanagan Falls, the menu evolves with the seasons to show off the region’s amazing bounty and combines produce from local farmers and purveyors.

Select ingredients are also chosen from the Executive Chef Simon Bouchard’s own on-site garden.

An extensive range of wines from all members of the Okanagan Falls Winery Association are featured, representing this unique microclimate that sits at the south end of Skaha Lake.

Liquidity Bistro’s food philosophy is to represent the area’s farmers and producers and the hard work they do, day in and day out, by keeping the food simple, clean, fresh and non-pretentious and respecting the ingredients in all their simplest forms.
