Tableau Bar Bistro To Serve French-Themed 4 Course Dinner On New Year’s Eve

Vancouver, BC | Join Tableau Bar Bistro Chef de Cuisine Garett Blundell on New Year’s Eve for a French-inspired dinner of meat and seafood delicacies. Guests will have a choice between two dishes for each course, and the option to accompany with a carefully selected wine pairing from the Okanagan and France to perfectly complement the meal. Reservations are available throughout the evening starting at 5pm. The evening is expected to sell out, so guests are encouraged to reserve their tables promptly.

Menu highlights include a decadent starter of Quebec Foie Gras Torchon with quince jelly, warm brioche, and toasted walnut. Seafood lovers can opt for a second course of Grilled P.E.I. Scallop & Perigord Truffle, served with carrot and juniper puree, king oyster, and smoked mushroom consommé. For main courses, guests have a choice of Seared Mediterranean Seabream with smoked pomme mousseline, chorizo, fennel, and octopus ragout, or AAA Canadian Tenderloin and Braised Cheek with bone marrow and squash croquette, baby carrots, wilted spinach and red wine jus. Cure a sweet tooth at dessert with a Dark Chocolate Tart with brandy braised cherry ice cream, or choose a savoury Asiette de Fromage with wine jelly, fruit and nut bread.
