The GOODS from Farmer’s Apprentice

Vancouver, BC | Celebrated locavore chef David Gunawan presents a unique New Year’s Eve feast on Saturday, Dec. 31 fit for omnivores and herbivores alike at his acclaimed South Granville restaurant Farmer’s Apprentice.

To mark the occasion, Farmer’s Apprentice will offer a duo of seasonally-inspired menus — Omnivore or Herbivore — available during their early or late seatings. During their 5:30 p.m. seating, guests may enjoy a six-course menu ($70 Omnivore/$60 Herbivore per person plus tax and gratuity), while their late seating at 8 p.m. will offer a seven-course menu ($90 Omnivore/$80 Herbivore per person plus tax and gratuity). Following Gunawan’s farm-to-table philosophy, both Omnivore and Herbivore menus place a premium on supporting local farms, pastures and producers and feature wine by the glass or bottle with an exclusively natural and organic focus.
