On Thursday, November 24, acclaimed Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde will be serving up his spin on traditional Thanksgiving favourites, including a rich Butternut Squash and Lobster Bisque with sablefish croquette and chive crème fraiche; and Turkey Two Ways, featuring a decadent brown butter roasted breast alongside a jus glazed leg with sides of yam pavé, root vegetable purée, Hannah Brook Farms brussels sprouts and onion jam.
