Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of Nightingale.

Profit Development | The Restaurant Manager can substantially affect sales volumes, costs and profits by ensuring maximum utilization of restaurant capacity, developing targeted revenue goals, and keeping controllable costs low. Understand the marketplace we live and work in and work with the General Manager and our Marketing team to develop and implement great marketing plans.

People Development | Continuously develop all employees and the Nightingale management team in terms of skills and personal growth by “coaching” and recognition. Evolve your own set of management skills and “set everyone up for success”. Be firm, but fair and respectful, especially in the eyes of our people.

Quality and Customer Service Development | You are the guest’s best point of contact. You must be a visible presence on the floor at key times, and deal with any and all guest related issues with confidence and grace. Lead our entire team in the pursuit of excellence and consistency.
