The beginning of summer in the Pacific Northwest is an exciting time in our region. Crops flourish, the ocean springs to life with the return of migratory fish, and the forest awakens with berries, mushrooms and wild edibles in abundance. ELEMENTA & LATAB are pleased to offer a gastronomic interpretation of early summer.

About Elementa
Elementa is a collective of young, ambitious culinary talents. We promote a modern approach to cooking in the Pacific Northwest. By harnessing the raw natural bounty and fertile abundance of the surrounding area, Elementa desires to connect people to place and to one another. Our goal is to explore our region through gastronomic endeavours.
We focus on small producers, building relationships with them, experimenting with wild edibles and forgotten ingredients. Injecting modern philosophy into the culinary landscape, we spend time rediscovering old culinary traditions, all the while creating new ones. Most importantly we are focused on driving the culinary culture of our region forward through collaboration and innovation.
