Hustle yourself out of bed and down to Chinatown on Sunday morning, because Chef Baker Hsu of Prelude is making a pop-up brunch at Propaganda Coffee. Having logged some hours in some pretty impressive kitchens (eg. One Restaurant in Toronto, Vancouver’s Hawksworth, and a stage at San Francisco’s Coi), Hsu is likely to have a few tricks up his sleeve that will make this meal worth abandoning your warm blankets and lazy morning for.
