A Table That Folds A Highly Detailed Vancouver Over Itself

(via) Inspired by the mind-bending 2010 movie Inception, Cypriot designer Stelios Mousarris has created a “wave city” table using wood, steel and 3D printing technology. The incredibly detailed, skyscraper-heavy streetscape surreally curves over on itself, similar to how Paris famously did in the film. Rather than incorporating any old assortment of buildings, it would be great if a table could be specifically made to replicate a rectangular swathe of Vancouver, say roughly between the West End and Gastown from Coal Harbour to False Creek.
