CinCin’s Elegant Terrace Overlooking Robson Street Now A Year-Round Proposition

The GOODS from CinCin

Vancouver, BC | For the past quarter century, CinCin Ristorante’s elegant terrace – perched high above Vancouver’s animated Robson Street – has played host to many an al fresco dinner party. It was a much-admired warm weather oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle found just below.

Now, following an extensive remodeling, the terrace has been fully enclosed with a retractable Corradi awning system imported from Italy, and 6,000 watt infrared heaters from the California-based manufacturer Infatech that provide pleasant, ambient heat. The result is a cosy, year-round convertible space that has instantly proved popular with CinCin’s guests.

With drop down shades and gables, an anti-drip gutter system and clear vinyl fabric windows, the new terrace at CinCin is completely weatherproof. And when the weather warms, the motorized retraction system lets the sun shine in.

“We can now accommodate 50 additional guests through the cooler months,” says Michael Doyle, President of Toptable Group. “It’s a warm and intimate dining room, ideal for conversation,” he said. Richard Luxton, CinCin Ristorante Restaurant Director, added, “The new enclosed terrace is also a great space for private cocktail party and dinner events too, and is already booking up through the upcoming convention season.”

The new terrace comes on the heels of CinCin’s installation of its Grillworks Infierno wood-burning grill and rotisserie. Vancouver Magazine recently said, “CinCin has roared back onto many customers’ lapsed radar in the last year thanks to the arrival executive chef Andrew Richardson, whose commitment to market-fresh ingredients and versatile use of a coveted Grillworks Infierno (the first in Canada) brought new life to the menu.”

Reservations for dinner, private parties or events at CinCin Ristorante can be made online here or by calling the restaurant at 604 688 7338.
